Michael & Nicole - Wedding Video - Leighinmohr House, Ballymena, Northern Ireland

“You’ve really captured the whole of our day in such a great way”.

Nicole and Michael gave a lot of importance to wedding videography on their wedding day, and according to them, their wedding video was better than they ever could have wished for.

From our pre-wedding meetings it was clear that religion had brought Nicole and Michael together - with their shared belief in Christianity not only forming the basis of their marriage, but also a large part of their wedding. I made a point to feature their religious passage within their wedding highlight film.

They chose to get married in Nicole’s local church, Ballycraigy Congregational Church with each of their pastors present, and held their reception held at Leighinmohr House, Ballymena, Nothern Ireland.

I’ve written about how much I love Leighinmohr House before, with the prize of the hotel being not only the lovely interior, but the incredible (award-winning) food!

The venue is a regular location for me to film and the staff are brilliant at making me welcome - they really put the needs of the wedding couples first and do anything they can to make them happy.

On the way to Leighinmohr House, the photographer John Taggart (johntaggartphotography.com) - an incredibly experienced and well-known wedding photographer from Northern Ireland, were able to take the couple (thanks to Billy Black Wedding Cars, Belfast) to Antrim Castle Gardens for intimate portraits. Antrim gardens are a personal favourite walk of mine - and I’m lucky enough to have a friend who did my own family shoot with my daughter a few years ago - so it’s an extra special place.

Michael and his groomsmen were suited by Red Groomswear.

Nicole chose an amazing dress from Jean Millar Bridal, Belfast.
